A wealth of expertise. An unfaltering commitment to providing optimal legal and accounting solutions to foreign clients worldwide and a level of professionalism and attention to detail that cannot be matched in the industry.

My wife and I have an association with Chetcuti Cauchi since 2009. They assisted us with our original residence permit applications for Malta and since then have taken care of our annual income tax submissions and PR sticker / E-residence card renewals.

They always handle our matters very efficiently and professionally. The consultants that work with us are friendly, helpful and very competent. They are familiar with the regulations and procedures in the related government departments, and this makes the process run extremely smoothly for us.

We are very satisfied with the service we received from Chetcuti Cauchi and will continue to maintain our relationship with them in future. We can highly recommend them for any of the services that they offer.

Jean-Philippe has been operating in the financial services industry for over 15 years, and has built a successful multi-facetted practices greatly respected by his peers. JP's team specializes in providing tax, trust services and incorporation advice to foreign nationals/entities using Malta as a base for their operation. Given my own area of operation with HSBC Malta, I work regularly with JP and his practice on assisting mutual customers.
Perfect profile for servicing private client needs, with a very high level of professional services and quick reaction to queries. One of the best providers to work with in Malta

Dear sirs, with regards to my recent dealings with your company, from my first phone call and all the way through our dealings I found professionalism, understanding and kindness, prompt replys to emails and dedication, I can not recommend your company highly enough, many thanks to Dr. Anton and Dr. Christian.

High level of integrity, clarity and personal involvement. Chetcuti Cauchi have been my lawyers for over 10 years now.
Jean-Philippe was a key advisor to me on the general European and in particular Maltese related tax, legal, accounting and secretarial aspects of a rather complex corporate group structure. We were operating in an extremely dynamic situation, and I was most grateful for his patience and understanding when we had to scrap the last idea and start all over again. He is highly professional, responsive and is excellent at finding practical solutions to difficult situations, whatever the time of day or night. He also has an excellent relationship with his team, and the service provided by his firm is intelligent, joined up and seamless. He is good humoured and imminently likeable and I look forward to working with him again in the future.
Jean-Philippe has represented our UHNW client with a Malta citizenship application. His pre-immigration tax advice was invaluable and he stands out for his deep insight into the workings of Maltese citizenship law. I do not hesitate to recommend JP as a reliable attorney in international tax and citizenship matters.
A business minded and client oriented attorney. I worked with Jean - Philippe between 2007 and 2009 as the legal director of an Irish property fund.  Jean-Philippe assisted us in relation our group's operations in Malta.

I have recently worked with Chetcuti Cauchi on a fund structure and I was impressed with their professionalism and quality of work.
