About the Conference
The conference, themed “Private wealth seeking shelter and opportunity alike,” will take place in London from 1 to 3 March 2026 and will bring together private client advisers, tax practitioners, and wealth planning professionals from across jurisdictions.
Presented by the IBA Private Client Tax Committee and supported by the IBA Family Law Committee, the programme examines the evolving challenges faced by high‑net‑worth individuals and families in an increasingly complex global environment.
Panel sessions and roundtable discussions will cover a broad range of topics, including international estate planning, global mobility, cross‑border tax structuring, trust and foundation planning, jurisdictional competition, and the impact of regulatory, political, and technological change on private wealth.
