The new Employment Agencies Regulations shall come into force on the 1st of April 2024, establishing a requirement for employment agencies to hold a license to carry out their activities. The Regulations outline the prerequisites which such agency should meet in order to be able to apply for such license, the licensing process and the potential repercussions or grounds for refusal or revocation of an employment agency license.
