Marina Magri

Marina joined Chetcuti Cauchi’s immigration arm in 2015, bringing experience gained from advising multinational clients on complex mobility and cross-border legal matters. In her early years with the firm, she played a leading role in supporting clients across a broad spectrum of immigration and residency programmes, including investment-linked pathways, executive mobility arrangements.

In 2020, Marina was appointed Co-Head of the firm’s Immigration practice, where she led a multidisciplinary team advising prominent business families and international clients on immigration, risk management and regulatory compliance matters. Her leadership strengthened the firm’s capacity to deliver seamless advisory experiences on residency planning and citizenship options globally.

In recognition of her sector expertise, strategic insights and contributions to the practice, Marina was promoted to Director, Immigration & Global Mobility in 2025. In this role, she continues to oversee complex mandates involving residency, citizenship, and structured global mobility solutions, and remains a trusted advisor to clients navigating the legal, compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions.

Marina is fluent in English and Russian and holds professional certifications in tax and anti-money-laundering compliance, further enhancing her ability to deliver pragmatic, compliant solutions.
