About Grenada
Known as the “Spice Island” for its rich production of nutmeg, cinnamon, and other aromatic spices, Grenada is celebrated for its lush landscapes, pristine beaches, and vibrant culture. This picturesque Caribbean nation offers a stable political climate and a warm, welcoming environment, making it an ideal destination for those seeking a peaceful and secure second home. Strategically located outside the main hurricane belt, Grenada enjoys relative protection from severe tropical storms. Adding to its international appeal is the presence of St. George’s University, one of the world’s leading medical schools, which attracts students and professionals from around the globe. These factors combine to position Grenada as a compelling option for investors and families alike. Grenada is also the only Caribbean country with a treaty that allows its citizens to apply for a U.S. E-2 Investor Visa.
