Identity Malta Accreditation and Regulatory Context

Chetcuti Cauchi confirms that Dr. Jean Philippe Chetcuti, has been formally approved as an Accredited Person by Identity Malta Agency, appearing as the first licensed agent on the official register with licence number IIP 001.

The accreditation regime for authorised intermediaries was introduced under the Individual Investor Programme of the Republic of Malta Regulations, 2013, issued pursuant to the Maltese Citizenship Act, (Cap. 188).
