Priscilla also advises on residence and citizenship.

Dr Charlene Mifsud leads the firm’s Property & Real Estate Law practice and the Corporate & Commercial team. She advises high‑net‑worth individuals, family offices, international investors, and corporate groups on strategic decisions involving property, succession, and corporate structuring.

Recognised for her calm authority, precision, and multidisciplinary depth, Charlene brings together real‑estate expertise with corporate, tax, residency, and succession considerations to deliver integrated solutions. Her approach ensures that clients’ assets, transactions, and long‑term objectives are aligned within coherent, future‑proof legal structures.

Natasha specialises in risk advisory services, including areas related to AML and CFT Legislation, Sanctions Advisory Services, as well as regulatory areas.  Natasha also has a strong work experience in International Business, as well as the CSP and Trustee industries.

Joanna and her team assist international clients in setting up their trusts, holding companies, and business entities in Malta and other jurisdictions.

Charlene works within the firm's licenced corporate services arm, assisting with the setting up of  companies in Malta, providing corporate compliance and corporate administration services, and executing corporate structuring projects.

Justine is the client onboarding executive within the firm's Corporate and Trust Services arm.  She ensures a smooth first phase to client's business projects in Malta.

Matthew is a valued member of the firm's Corporate and Trust Services Department. Starting his career within the operations team, over the years, Matthew has transitioned to a client-facing role, guiding clients through their journey to establish or expand their business in Malta and the EU. He collaborates closely with our legal team to manage complex corporate reorganisations and ensures that clients' documentary requirements are met, helping to maintain their companies in good standing. With a strong analytical mindset and exceptional problem-solving skills, Matthew assists clients with company formations, bank account opening and maintenance and corporate compliance services. His expertise ensures that clients navigate complex regulatory landscapes with ease and achieve their objectives efficiently.
