Since 2001, she has advised private clients, investors, developers and international groups on high-value acquisitions and disposals, commercial and residential leasing, property financing, and complex title and risk diligence. Her work increasingly sits at the intersection of property, cross-border wealth structuring, and legacy planning – including philanthropic asset-holding, collections governance, and cultural property issues with a European dimension

Priscilla is a private client lawyer who heads the Families & Wealth and Corporate, Trusts & Fintech practice groups at Chetcuti Cauchi. She specialises in wealth structuring and preservation for business families and high net worth individuals and cooperates with legal and tax advisors worldwide to plan, set up and maintain corporate structure representing an international footprint. Priscilla also advises on residence and citizenship.

Dr Charlene Mifsud leads the firm’s Property & Real Estate Law practice and the Corporate & Commercial team. She advises high‑net‑worth individuals, family offices, international investors, and corporate groups on strategic decisions involving property, succession, and corporate structuring.

With a robust background in civil and commercial law, Dr Luana Cuschieri provides expert advice and assistance to clients on a wide range of legal matters, including contract negotiations, employment law, and private civil law issues. She is particularly experienced in succession, family law, and dispute resolution matters. With experience in litigation at Malta’s Law Courts, she is dedicated to delivering tailored legal solutions to meet her clients' needs. Dr Cuschieri's contributions to the firm's strategic initiatives, particularly in dispute resolution, have significantly enhanced the firm's capabilities and reputation.‍
