Chetcuti Cauchi Advocates has been invited to speak at ICE Totally Gaming Expo taking place this year between 5th to 7th February 2013 at ExCeL London Exhibition and Convention Centre. As in previous years, Chetcuti Cauchi Advocates will be exhibiting at this year’s expo on Stand S0-113.
Dr Silvana Zammit - Gaming Specialist at Advocates Chetcuti Cauchi will be delivering a seminar on Thursday 7th February at 11 am (GMT), presenting the different considerations that must be made by operators seeking to establish or expand an existing business.
During the seminar Dr. Zammit will provide tips on how to identify the appropriate jurisdiction suitable for the attainment of the business targets set. Striking a comparison between the four most popular gaming jurisdictions - Malta, Alderney, Curacao and Isle of Man – the seminar shall focus on the jurisdictions’ credibility of the licence and its regulatory authority; regulatory requirements; restrictions in operation imposed by the licence or resulting from the licence; timeframe within which a licence may be attained; access to services, including banking services, payment gateways and advisors.
Besides the seminar delivered on Thursday 7th February at 11 am (GMT), Chetcuti Cauchi Advocates’ iGaming team will be present throughout the three exhibition days on Stand S0-113 to provide information and material on legal, regulatory, tax, corporate, and technical services in relation to online gaming licensing.
