Dr Charlene Mifsud leads the firm’s Property & Real Estate Law practice and the Corporate & Commercial team. She advises high‑net‑worth individuals, family offices, international investors, and corporate groups on strategic decisions involving property, succession, and corporate structuring.

Recognised for her calm authority, precision, and multidisciplinary depth, Charlene brings together real‑estate expertise with corporate, tax, residency, and succession considerations to deliver integrated solutions. Her approach ensures that clients’ assets, transactions, and long‑term objectives are aligned within coherent, future‑proof legal structures.

Dr Luana Cuschieri is a Senior Associate advising local and international clients on a broad range of civil, employment, contractual, private client, succession, and dispute-related matters. She assists individuals, families, and businesses in both contentious and non-contentious matters, providing practical and tailored legal advice on contractual arrangements, employment matters, succession planning and estate administration, civil disputes, and other personal and commercial legal issues.

A significant part of her practice involves advising international clients with personal, family, or business interests in Malta. She regularly assists clients on matters involving Maltese assets, cross-border legal considerations, and multi-jurisdictional issues requiring coordination with foreign lawyers and other professional advisers. Dr Cuschieri regularly works on matters involving multiple jurisdictions, helping clients navigate complex legal situations with an international dimension while providing commercially minded and pragmatic solutions.

Nicole forms part of the firm’s Property, Succession and Private Client practice, advising local and international clients on a broad range of real estate, inheritance and dispute resolution matters. Her experience spans high-value property acquisitions and disposals, title and ownership issues, succession planning, estate administration and cross-border inheritance matters. She regularly assists private clients, investors and family offices in navigating complex legal and commercial challenges involving Maltese immovable property and private wealth structures

Nicole is also actively involved in the firm’s yachting and maritime practice, advising yacht owners, charter operators, brokers and international clients on yacht acquisitions and disposals, charter and brokerage arrangements, registration and deregistration matters, ownership structures and related commercial agreements.
