Dr Maria Chetcuti Cauchi is a co-founding partner and co-Managing Partner, responsible for the Chetcuti Cauchi’s well-regarded Property practice and its growing Philanthropy, Art & Cultural Property advisory offering. Since 2001, she has advised private clients, investors, developers and international groups on high-value acquisitions and disposals, commercial and residential leasing, property financing, and complex title and risk diligence. Her work increasingly sits at the intersection of property, cross-border wealth structuring, and legacy planning – including philanthropic asset-holding, collections governance, and cultural property issues with a European dimension

Dr Charlene Mifsud leads the firm’s Property & Real Estate Law practice and the Corporate & Commercial team. She advises high‑net‑worth individuals, family offices, international investors, and corporate groups on strategic decisions involving property, succession, and corporate structuring.

Recognised for her calm authority, precision, and multidisciplinary depth, Charlene brings together real‑estate expertise with corporate, tax, residency, and succession considerations to deliver integrated solutions. Her approach ensures that clients’ assets, transactions, and long‑term objectives are aligned within coherent, future‑proof legal structures.

With a robust background in civil and commercial law, Dr Luana Cuschieri provides expert advice and assistance to clients on a wide range of legal matters, including contract negotiations, employment law, and private civil law issues. She is particularly experienced in succession, family law, and dispute resolution matters. With experience in litigation at Malta’s Law Courts, she is dedicated to delivering tailored legal solutions to meet her clients' needs. Dr Cuschieri's contributions to the firm's strategic initiatives, particularly in dispute resolution, have significantly enhanced the firm's capabilities and reputation.‍

Nicole forms part of the firm’s Property, Succession and Private Client practice, advising local and international clients on a broad range of real estate, inheritance and dispute resolution matters. Her experience spans high-value property acquisitions and disposals, title and ownership issues, succession planning, estate administration and cross-border inheritance matters. She regularly assists private clients, investors and family offices in navigating complex legal and commercial challenges involving Maltese immovable property and private wealth structures

Nicole is also actively involved in the firm’s yachting and maritime practice, advising yacht owners, charter operators, brokers and international clients on yacht acquisitions and disposals, charter and brokerage arrangements, registration and deregistration matters, ownership structures and related commercial agreements.
