Malta Stock Exchange wins Most Innovative Stock Exchange
The Malta Stock Exchange (the ‘MSE) has been named the Most Innovative Stock Exchange after going through a rigorous review process as part of the International Finance Awards 2014. The International Finance Awards celebrate achievement, innovation and brilliance from an international perspective.
The Awards, which are open to businesses from any sector or region, are given on the basis of merit and are given only to businesses, departments and individuals that have consistently conducted their business in an innovative manner and who received nominations from their clients or peers. The prestigious award highlights the effort that the MSE has put into its services; which in turn make Malta an attractive capital market for business raising capital. Speaking of the awards, MSE CEO Ms Eileen V Muscat confirmed that this year, the MSE is registering very positive results in respect of new listings as well as trading turnover, which is positive for the future development of the Maltese capital markets.
