Before joining Chetcuti Cauchi, Tatjana spent over a decade in people‑focused roles, evolving from frontline hospitality to Learning & Development and People & Culture. She designed and delivered training programmes, supported performance review cycles, partnered with department heads on capability building, and contributed to employer‑branding and policy initiatives, work that grounded her practical, human‑first approach to development.
