The Exchange of Information (Tax Matters) (Commonwealth of The Bahamas) Order, 2013, has come into force.
The Exchange of Information (Tax Matters) (Commonwealth of The Bahamas) Order, 2013, signed between Malta and the Bahamas in January 2012 has come into force with a view to preventing fiscal evasion.
The Order is effective as of 30th October 2012.
