This week is Health Week at Chetcuti Cauchi Advocates.  Chetcuti Cauchi's Social Committee has organised a whole week full of activities for Chetcuti Cauchi lawyers and staff. 

The focus of this week is to promote a healthier lifestyle mentally and physically by introducing more nutritious food as well as physical exercise. Activities include healthy breakfasts, yoga sessions and presentation on mental awareness held by Richmond Foundation. 

Chetcuti Cauchi promoted healthy living all week with the yearly CC Health Week. Accompanied by the slogan Because Your Health Matters, Health Week promoted nutritious food, physical exercise as well as mental wellbeing. The aim of the project was to communicate the importance to take time out of our busy lifestyles and work on our health.

The Recipe to a Healthy Lifestyle

Throughout the week, the 180+ employees were treated to a healthy breakfast, a variety of fruit smoothies as well as healthy teas and snacks. Health Week also featured plenty of physical activities, such as yoga and football.  In fact, each day saw a new initiative to raise awareness about healthy living.

Promoting both Physical and Mental Health

Chetcuti Cauchi did not just promote physical wellbeing but also highlighted the importance of mental health.  The firm joined Richmond Foundation to hold sessions on mental health and educate the staff on the importance of a healthy mind.
