The agreement on exchange of information in tax-related matters between Gibraltar and Malta has entered into force on the 1st of April 2012.
The Agreement provides for the entitlement to request information by one of the signatory states from the other where it is unable to obtain such information by other means. The state from which the information is requested is obliged to disclose the information to the extent allowable under its domestic laws.
