As the beginning of summer has approached, the Social Committee Team of Chetcuti Cauchi Advocates have organised a Family Beach day on the 30th June for all the employees and their families.

As the beginning of summer has approached, the Social Committee Team of Chetcuti Cauchi Advocates have organised a Family Beach day on the 30th June for all the employees and their families. With the perfect view of the sea at the Palm Beach Resort and ample activities for all the members of the family, our firm has provided its employees with the opportunity to relax, socialise and have fun, while soaking up some sun.
The Social Committee of the firm have planned various activities for all the family to participate in. Those interested in the World Cup enjoyed watching the games together on the screens, whilst others were able to participate in fun group activities like tug of war, beach volleyball, paddleboats, tandem kayaks and banana rides for all the family to enjoy. Music was also playing all day to create a fun atmosphere.
The aim of this event was so that our employees will be able to take a break from their intense work days and enjoy some quality time with their family as well as their colleagues, being able to get to know one another outside of the work space. Christopher Meli, Chief Human Resources Officer at Chetcuti Cauchi Advocates, has emphasised that “At Chetcuti Cauchi Advocates, we not only preach the importance of ensuring family values within the working life, but we also provide our employees with the opportunity to take a break from their hectic lifestyles and build relationships with their colleagues outside of the office. In doing so, we would also be reinforcing the bond within our team.”
