Colin B. German has joined the firm as its Chief Executive Office as Chetcuti Cauchi Advocates nears its 15th anniversary as a multidisciplinary European Law firm with an investor-focused approach.
“Chetcuti Cauchi has grown from a boutique law firm into a fully-fledged European Law firm with 6 offices in Valletta and international offices in Nicosia, Zurich, London and Hong Kong. We have grown out of our commitment to be different -we focus on being partners and trusted advisors rather than pure legal service providers and we believe that this focus forges the strong business relationships that we base our business proposition on. As we continue building on this success, we seek to move on to the next level of growth which will allow us to serve our clients as efficiently and expediently as possible through new bespoke business models and the latest technologies that will keep us at the forefront of the industry. Colin will manage the firm’s multi-disciplinary teams and mentor and assist them to help them offer a seamless and high-quality service of the highest standard," highlighted Dr Jean-Philippe Chetcuti, co-founder and Managing Partner of Chetcuti Cauchi Advocates.

About Colin B. German
With over 15 years of experience as a consultant to the management of companies in various sectors, including ICT, professional services and import & distribution, as well as with a Big 4 accountancy firm, he has ample financial and technical knowledge which will help Chetcuti Cauchi to identify the strategic benefits of technology and apply them to the firm’s day-to-day business.
Throughout his career, Colin has lectured on various topics including business strategy, business organisation and eCommerce at various professional entities and Universities. Colin holds an undergraduate degree in Business and Computing and a Masters degree in eBusiness from the University of Malta. He also holds a Fellowship with the British Computer Society and is a certified Information Systems consultant.
