On the 25th of May, Beijing will be hosting the 9th Annual China Outbound Investment Summit which will take place at The Four Seasons Hotel in Beijing. A top priority for the Chinese government has been to encourage Chinese companies to enter the global market. The summit is a platform for over 200 prominent key figures to exchange their ideas about Chinese overseas direct investment. Mr. Kenneth Camilleri will be attending the summit to inform about Chetcuti Cauchi’s services regarding Residency and Citizenship, Corporate Relocation and Taxation.

The Chinese government will be represented on the Summit by the Ministry of Commerce, State Administration and other government officials. Mr. Kenneth Camilleri
Mr Kenneth Camilleri is a Senior Partner at Chetcuti Cauchi Advocates. He is a key advisor for a significant part of our product portfolio, specialising in Tax and heads the Asia desk for Residency and Citizenship. Mr Camilleri has been actively involved in the legal environment of China and has broad experience in speaking at legal conferences and workes together with multiple Chinese enterprises. Besides his activities in China he is a taxation lecturer and member of the Malta institute of Accountants and the Institute of Financial Services Practitioners.
