She specialises in wealth structuring and preservation for business families and high net worth individuals and cooperates with legal and tax advisors worldwide to plan, set up and maintain corporate structure representing an international footprint. Priscilla also advises on residence and citizenship.

Charlene heads the corporate and commercial legal team within the firm. She has been actively involved for the past ten years in Corporate Law, Property Conveyancing, Employment Relations and General Commercial law.

Having a keen interest in technology and innovation, Susanna has written her thesis on the Legal Implications of Domain Names. She assists clients obtaining and protecting their intellectual property and guides start-ups navigate through legal challenges.

Joanna and her team assist international clients with the structuring, set up and administration of companies and trusts in different jurisdictions. Joanna is currently responsible for organizing the day-to-day running of the Corporate Servicing Team and for ensuring that clients expectations are surpassed.
