Yana manages the HR function and ensures that main HR areas including Talent Management, Training and Development, Performance Management, HR Compliance and Payroll run smoothly and effectively. Yana also serves as a point of contact for all employee levels, offering them guidance and support.
Experience
Yana Graham joined in 2016 as an HR Administrator, following her degree in BA English and Psychology. Yana started gaining experience in Human Resources and soon became the Training and Development Executive in the firm, coordinating internal and external training for the company, preparing a Training Needs Analysis for all departments and ensuring a career development plan is being prepared for every employee. While Yana's HR interests developed, so did her role as she continued learning and growing in other HR areas. In 2020 Yana has completed a diploma in Human Resource Management which continued to offer her the knowledge needed to support all levels within the firm. Yana is now managing HR, working towards having an effective HR strategy which is in line with that of the business.
