Professional Experience
In 2015, Paul joined Chetcuti Cauchi Advocates after a journey of various roles in problem solving and client experience enhancement.
At Vodafone Malta, where he joined in 2002 for 12 years within the company’s commercial team, Paul had different responsibilities, from managing one of the various Retail outlets on the island for 4 years, managing a customer care team in charge of 2nd level support for 3 years, monitoring complaints and initiating corrective projects and the respective training for another 3 years, and handling NPS surveys whilst driving new ideas with innovative methods and techniques to deliver the necessary improvements across all customer touch points for the last 2 years.
A positive mindset and a curiosity for innovation, is what drives Paul to be a frontrunner in his field.
