Professional Experience

Ms Olena Halahan, is a lawyer within our firm's private clients practice. Having achieved her Bachelor of Law at Yaroslav the Wise National Law University in Ukraine, she further expanded her expertise by obtaining a Master of Law in European and International Business Law in Lithuania and France. With a specialization in investment migration, Olena possesses a profound understanding of immigration law in general. Moreover, Olena works closely with our compliance team and analyses clients' business, wealth and reputation profiles. She has written her thesis on "Changes in Regulatory Framework as a breach of Fair and Equitable Treatment in Investment Law" and wrote several publications on free movement of workers in the EU. 
She guides clients effectively, ensuring they make well-informed decisions that align with their individual goals. As a valuable asset to our firm, Olena is committed to delivering exceptional legal services to our clients.
