The primary goal was to equip themselves with insights to engage in valuable discussions with clients on pertinent industry topics.

Real estate is an industry in motion; it's a continuous journey that thrives on adaptability, innovation, and foresight - Dr. Charlene Mifsud

Conversations at the meeting spanned various aspects of the real estate industry. Topics included the significance of transfer pricing, the importance of real estate valuation, and technical support in litigation regarding investments in NPLs (Non-Performing Loans), the benefits and challenges associated with establishing Pan-European real estate funds, and the management of private real estate debts in volatile markets. Additionally, participants explored the impact of asset allocation on real estate markets from the perspective of alternative investments, discussing strategies for navigating turbulent market conditions.
