Chetcuti Cauchi's main office is housed within a scheduled Grade 2 historic palazzo in Valletta, the UNESCO World Heritage Site and legal and financial capital city of Malta.  The 400-year old palazzo was lovingly restored by the firm over four years and opened its doors to Chetcuti Cauchi's lawyers and staff working in Valletta in 2011.  The palazzo enjoys all modern facilities including a hanging library on the piano nobile, various audio-visual training and meeting rooms, private and open plan office spaces a fully equipped canteen and dining area, reading and relaxation areas and an indoor central courtyard.

The palazzo is situated 2 doors down from the office of the Red Cross in Malta, at the crossroads with St Christopher Street.Palazzo Sant'Ursula is a stone's throw away from the Lower Barrakka Gardens, from the governmental agency Kumunita Malta and the offices of the European Commission's Representation in Malta.

Our classical building in Merchants Street houses our corporate services, tax and trust practices as well as our training hall. As the name suggests, this high street used to be the home of Valletta's own flee market before this was relocated to make way for a pedestrianised area dotted with restaurants and coffeeshops.

Accessibility and Parking Benefits

Staff benefit from a Valletta allowance covering parking at the MCP Car Park and the efficient Park and Ride service. This allows staff to park in any one of the park and ride zones in Floriana and Valletta that is served by an efficient shuttle service, also available on call.
