This year’s International ICE Totally Gaming Exhibition held for the last time at Earl's Court in London between the 23rd and the 26th of January, 2012 witnessed the high level of involvement that Malta has contributed to the world's gaming industry. As in other occasions, Malta’s presence was significant, with an impressive 50% of the exhibiting stands in the remote gaming area being occupied by Maltese companies or Maltese-registered companies.  Chetcuti Cauchi Advocates exhibited with Malta’s Lotteries and Gaming Authority and several other gaming service providers and licensed operators.

ICE Totally Gaming is known to be the world’s major international gaming expos for gaming professionals and has again showcased Malta as a prime investment location for this industry.

When visiting the exhibition, High Commissioner of Malta in the UK, HE Joseph Zammit Tabona noted Malta’s positive and outstanding success in the remote gaming industry on an international level - adding that Malta has become the leading iGaming jurisdiction in Europe.

Commenting on the outcome of the exhibition, an LGA spokesperson said that “the outcome was extremely positive and beyond our expectations. The huge influx of visitors to the LGA stand reconfirms the vibrant interest in Malta, which already licenses over 290 operators holding 438 licenses.”

Indeed, Malta’s participation in ICE Totally Gaming is proof of how ongoing exposure and continuous financial success attracts and encourages investors to set up shop on the island.
