Malta has highest share of ICT graduates in the EU

Malta has registered the highest increase in the number of university graduates in computing and computer skills of individuals. Malta was equally confirmed by Eurostat, the EU’s statistics agency, as having the highest percentage of computing and computer skills graduates.

The largest decreases were registered in Portugal and the United Kingdom.

Across the twenty-seven member states, the share of computing graduates was 3.4% of all university graduates in 2009, compared with 4.0% in 2005.
