This MoU provides a formal collaboration framework between the two jurisdictions for the provision of best practices in remote gaming services.

The MoU includes provisions relating to the recognition of national certification bodies, cloud regulation, investigations and player liquidity. In addition, Malta and Alderney are seeking to reduce the cost burden of doing business in both jurisdictions.

This advancement in the area will be beneficial to operators who seek to establish themselves in both jurisdictions.
