For the second consecutive year, the Investment Migration Council and the Office of the Prime Minister have teamed up to host the Annual Malta Workshop on the 19th October 2018. Following the success of last year’s event, which shed light on the political and socio-economic perspective of the industry, this year, the focus will be on the development of the industry and the challenges it is currently facing. The event will be giving special attention to the residency and citizenship programmes offered in Malta, particularly the Malta Individual Investor Programme (MIIP) and the Malta Residence Visa Programme (MRVP).

Chetcuti Cauchi Advocates as Practitioner Partner

At the workshop, Chetcuti Cauchi Advocates will be serving the role of exclusive practitioner partner. Dr Jean Philippe Chetcuti, global managing partner and founder of the Firm will be providing delegates with a comprehensive overview and a comparative review of the European Residency and Citizenship by Investment Programmes currently available. The programmes will also be taken into consideration in light of the new entrants within the investment migration industry.
