Senior Officer, Private Clients

Basis: FullTime

Our Senior Private Client Officers work alongside the partners, lawyers and other members of the firm in assisting our international clients and their families in their immigration and relocation to Malta as well as ensuring that our clients receive comprehensive legal coverage of all their business, tax and financial matters in Malta.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assisting high net worth private families in matters related to investment programmes, residence and citizenship and due diligence.
  • Maintaining high level of communication with international clients.
  • Conducting due diligence, liaising with clients, in-house compliance department and external due diligence companies.
  • Compiling of client source of wealth and funds and building client profiles.
  • Be organised in working with other departments within the firm.
  • Maintaining client relationship and risk management within the firm.

Key Attributes

  • Fluency in English both written and spoken.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Experience in dealing with foreign clients.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service required.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Outlook, CRM or practice management systems.
