Reception and Office Administrator

We are looking for a Reception and Office Administrator to assist the Operations Manager and team in the running of Front Desk and Back Office Administration. The candidate must be responsible and able to work in a team with exceptional clerical skills. One must also work in an efficient and effective manner to provide administrative support. The Reception and Office Administrator is expected to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Managing Front Desk and Reception tasks
  • Meeting and greeting clients and all visitors to ensure their needs are met, and expectations are exceeded, in a timely and a professional manner.
  • Maintaining client areas to the highest standard
  • Call Taking
  • Handling of Incoming & Outgoing Couriers
  • Monitoring of board rooms to guarantee they are well kept and always replenished.
  • Handling of Administrative Stocks Procurement and the respective process.
  • Petty Cash Management
  • Managing of assigned tasks and conduct errands to ensure operational continuity.
  • Co-ordination of Routine schedules for Property Maintenance (e.g. Lift, First Aid, etc)
  • Dealing with general administration work to support other departments and Partners.

Key Attributes

  • Organised with good verbal and non-verbal communication skills
  • Client oriented
  • Computer Literate and proficient use of Microsoft Office
  • Minimum O Level Standard
