  • Reporting to the Directors/Managers, the individual will be responsible for a portfolio of open leads, new leads as well as existing intermediaries.
  • The goal is to mature these leads and secure engagements for the firm by promptly responding with required advice, regularly following-up on such leads until engagement is formalised, as well as fostering relationships with existing, prospective and new intermediaries to secured introductions to the firm. 
  • Emphasis is made on proper use of CRM technology available as well as regular sales reporting.
  • Serbian, Macedonian and German market analysis
  • Establishing, developing and maintaining business relationships with current portfolio of clients, leads and intermediaries in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the firm.
  • Advising clients on residency and citizenship options, as well as to give legal advice to members of the sales team.
  • Liaison with our Marketing Department with feedback as to campaign performance to ensure the desired lead generation. 
  • The chosen candidate will be trained and developed into ‘product champion’ responsible for one or more programmes, solutions or areas in which you may specialise and act as reference point to other members of the team for such area.

 


Responsibilities include:

  • Providing support to different departments to help maintain global business goals and priorities

We are looking for an individual to lead our busy private clients team within our tax department.The role will involve advising expatriate private clients in relation to Malta tax matters, providing comprehensive tax compliance services, training and overseeing juniors within the team.


The role entails assisting with legal and regulatory requirements faced by clients carrying out regulated business, from onbaording stage right throughout their business life-cycle. This will include being invovled in:  

  • Designing the right structure for such businesses,

The Private Clients Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal assistance in the areas of Maltese immigration law.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring legal compliance and maintaining high-level of communication with our international clients. The professional must remain abreast of current legislation/regulation and participate in re-design of services in response to business needs and/or new compliance requirements. This position also calls for an individual who can take leadership role in establishing and maintaining quality and consistency of legal work throughout the firm.
