Basis: FullTime
The Corporate Services Officer is responsible for a portfolio of clients. The main role covers the setup and servicing of companies and the administration of trusts. The key objective of this role is to develop strong professional relations with clients and ensure that their entities are maintained in good standing at all times.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Administering an international client portfolio including complex structures
- Managing the set up and day-to-day administration of companies and trusts while ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws in force
- Delegating & reviewing of work prepared by junior staff
- Assisting junior staff with technicalities of corporate process and identifying required changes
- Assisting with organizing of training and guidance to other team members
- Liaising with Internal Departments
- Liaising with external collaborators such as Directors, Accountants, Auditors
- Providing support to team members and Senior Management as required
Key Attributes
- Highly organised and self-motivated
- Excellent written and spoken skills in the English language, other languages are an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite will be an asset
- Ability to work independently
- Minimum of one year experience in Corporate Services, experience in customer services would be an asset
- A team player
- High level of attention to detail
- Committed to deliver excellent results
- Ability to observe the highest degree of confidentiality in the handling of information
