Basis: FullTime
The Corporate Lawyer is responsible for a portfolio of clients for the set up and servicing of companies and the administration of trusts. The key objective of this role is to develop strong professional relations with clients and ensure that their entities are maintained in good standing at all times.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Administering an international client portfolio including complex structures
- Providing clients with ongoing support
- Review client files and ensure that all companies/Trusts are maintained in compliance with local laws and regulations on an ongoing basis
- Drafting of documents for complex corporate processes
- Delegating , reviewing and assisting junior staff
- Assisting with organizing of training
- Liaising with Internal Departments & external collaborators
- Providing support to team members and Senior Management as required
- Handling of Client queries and complaints
Key Attributes
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Excellent written and spoken skills in English and Russian language, other languages are an asset
- Law or Business degree (Masters level preferred)
- Minimum of three years’ experience in Corporate Services or closely related industry.
