Chetcuti Cauchi is proud to announce that on 15/02/2011 CC has been awarded the Equality Mark by the National Commission for the Promotion of Equality (NCPE).
This certification is awarded to companies that regard gender equality as one of their core values and whose management ethic is based on the recognition and the promotion of employees’ potential, irrespective of their gender and personal responsibilities. In this process, CC did not merely focus on gender equality but submitted a more detailed application that included other similar policies and standards such as protection against sexual harassment and family-friendly measures.
Gender bias is non-existent at Chetcuti Cauchi and all efforts are made in order to ensure an environment that is free of any sort of discrimination. We are therefore very happy that our ideologies and efforts in this regard have been formally recognised and awarded.
