An EU citizen has been assisted by Chetcuti Cauchi in the negotiation of a regular lease agreement for an unfurnished property in Gozo; aiming to then relocate to Malta. Our team was responsible for making all the necessary research and enquiries, and for preparing the documentation required by Customs for the transport of the client’s furniture into Malta and ultimately his own relocation.
