Our Maritime team together with our litigation lawyers are making detailed submissions to the court for such request and any orders made by court to be withdrawn. Simultaneously, we are in constant communication with clients and claimants, in order to ensure an out of court settlement.
Our team dealt with a variety of applications for bareboat charter registrations. While handling such registrations we handle all logistical requirements and take care of the liaison between the Maltese and foreign authorities for same procedure.
