Silvana leads Chetcuti Cauchi's online gaming practice group.  Practicing in the industry almost since its inception in Malta, Silvana assists clients with business start-ups requiring a license for their operation, or otherwise requiring an exemption from licensing to operate through Malta. Working closely with the regulatory authorities in Malta, he role involves providing tailor-made advice for the obtainment and maintenance of Malta online gaming licenses, referring to the specific operations of the client. On the attainment of a remote gaming license, she is responsible for providing ongoing legal support to online gaming clients in making sure that all requirements relating to their online gaming licensed operations are adhered to.
